No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The fabric received is defective, or
  • The package was damaged during transit, affecting the fabric inside

Request Process

To initiate an exchange:

  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Raise your request within 48 hours of delivery

Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchange Process

  • The product must be returned for quality inspection
  • Upon approval, a replacement order will be processed
  • You may opt for a different colour, subject to availability

Delivery Timeline

All orders, including replacements, are delivered within 5–7 working days.

  • Exchanges require valid visual proof
